Nicola’s Pasta Fresca

Nicola’s Pasta Fresca welcomes back customers to the 2016 Roseland Farmers Market. We are pleased to offer new products this year including homemade fresh local pasta and grain salads. Be sure to stop and sample our salads, which can be purchased in small, medium or large sizes. Each salad is prepared using ingredients sourced from local farms prepared with Nicola’s cut pasta or grains of the highest quality staying true to Nicola’s commitment to provide healthy non-processed, non-GMO products to our customers.
The ravioli of the week is Corn Ravioli. Corn is sourced from Race Farm’s. We will also have Beet Ravioli, Fusilli and Spaghetti, Look for weekly specials to keep your meals interesting and easy to prepare. Other great choices we offer include Short Rib, Osso Buco, Cheese, Spinach and Mushroom ravioli along with a selection of cut pasta in variety of flavors including vegan options.
Cooking is made easy right from the freezer to stovetop for delicious meals in twenty minutes. We also have rice balls, a favorite appetizer or entrée for lunch for dinner. So easy to prepare, just pop these into a pre-heated oven for 15-20 minutes.
